Delivery Information

We process orders as soon as they are received and strive to get our customers their bikes as quickly as possible. This typically means 2-5 business days depending on shipping location and season.

For Burning Man:

We are burners and we are committed to making sure that anyone who orders a bike for burning man will receive it in time. Please order at least 6 days before you plan to pick up the bike at our location in Reno (5925 S. Virginia St., in Del Monte Plaza Near Whole Foods).

We can deliver your bike to Burning Man/Gerlach for an extra fee (please call for more information - 518-542-7983)
